MEDICAL MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage Therapists employ a variety of knowledge and skills  to provide relaxation, comfort, and promote healing using a variety of techniques and modalities for clients in a variety of settings including sports medicine, chiropractor offices, hospitals including labor and delivery, oncology, cardiac, and orthopedic units, health & fitness facilities, or as your own business entrepreneur!  This growing profession has a predicted growth rate of 23% through the year 2022 according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.  Job opportunities are varied and abundant!

The Medical Career & Technical College Medical Massage Therapy Program is approved and in good standing by the Kentucky Board of Licensure for MassageTherapy. Upon completion of the program Our students are eligible to sit for licensure through the MBLEx (Massage and Bodywork Licensing Exam).
