Our ABHES accredited program allows you to sit for certification as a CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT) upon graduation! You can also choose the CCMA (NHA) (accredited program not required for the CCMA exam). Graduates can also sit to be phlebotomy certified and become a CPT!

Classes are taught in a subject-focused curriculum where the student takes only 1 course at a time and attends just 2 days per week. The classes meet from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday depending on the class schedule for that term.

Medical Assistants are an essential component to physicians, physician’s assistants, and nurse-practitioners in the day to day clinical and administrative duties that occur in the medical office including taking vital signs, rooming patients, drawing blood, performing laboratory procedures, EKGs, sterilization of instruments, administration of medications and immunizations, providing patient education, and completion of insurance functions such as billing and coding.
